Especially as it relates to fit & active women?  Although we may be aging, and our bodies are going thru A LOT of changes, it doesn't mean that we simply throw in the towel in frustration!  There is A LOT that an be done to better manage these years AND to continue staying fit strong, powerful and fast! 

Who is this for? 

This is for all women who are somewhere along the menopausal journey (including peri-menopause and post-menopause).  Even if you are "on the other side" of menopause, there is still a lot to gain (and learn)!
