Create Your Own Clinic
With ongoing changes and challenges with COVID, I'm offering the option to pick and choose a clinic that is suitable to you, while keeping group size small, and ideally within your own bubble. It's simple:
1) Pick a few friends or training partners to join you (min of 4, max of 9)
2) Work with me to find a date/time that is suitable (can be weekdays, evenings or weekends) and a location (can be Toronto/GTA, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton (or possibly others---just let me know what you're thinking)
3) Pick your clinic (from one of the ones listed below). Or we can customize something entirely different!
Clinics can be tailored to beginners to more advanced. Approximate duration is 2h. Cost is $30/person. Payment must be received at time of booking.

Get Strong Outdoors!
Do you struggle to find the time to get your strength work done? Would you rather be outdoors then stuck inside a gym?
Come see for ourself one of my favourite workouts that combines easy trail running with strength work. No weights or gym required-instead we will use benches, stairs, rocks, grass, hills, park equipment and just about anything else Mother Nature has to offer to get that burning feeling in our muscles.
Not only will you get in a workout, but you will also leave the session with plenty of ideas on how to incorporate this into your weekly routine using your own backyard-or local trails!
Hills 'N Drills
Learn how to master hills! This clinic will teach you everything you need to know about hills...including how to incorporate them into your training, even if you don't have mountains nearby. We will review and practice different techniques for going up and going down, and discuss when is it better to run vs hike, when to use poles, and what strength work is key for building your climbing legs.
Trail Running 101
New to trail running and wanting to see what the hype is all about? Or looking to brush up on your skills a bit and receive on-the-spot feedback on your technique? This clinic is an excellent way to gain some knowledge and confidence to hit the trails running! We will go over a little bit of everything--from shoes and gear, to safety on the trails, and an overview of trail run technique.
Note: this clinic is dependent on having access to an outdoor pool while COVID restrictions are in place.
If you're a runner, you can benefit from knowing how to pool run! Pool running can be a great form of exercise for when you:
are frustrated with the hot summer or crappy winter conditions and want to get in a good workout
are wanting to increase your running volume and intensity with minimal risk.
The first part involves a review on proper form and technique (with on the spot feedback) and tips on how to keep your heart rate elevated and stay motivated. The second half involves a mini workout, so prepare to get a little workout in. You then walk away with a handout that provides a summary of what we reviewed as well as suggested workouts.
