After the long, drawn-out winter and spring, this weekend will be a perfect time to devote more time to yourself and your training. Your running legs will get their fix exploring new terrain while fine tuning your technical skills. • Participate in structured runs that will teach pacing, endurance, strength and speed

  • Gain experience and confidence with on-trail technical tips and tricks, hill training coaching, and endurance strategies

  • Learn how to become a more efficient and effective runner

I'm super excited that my close friend Alistair Munro, who is one of the best running coaches you will find, not to mention a stellar runner himself, will be joining us this weekend. If you haven't met him yet, you are guaranteed to be inspired and motivated by him. His ability to connect with every runner, coupled with the depth of his knowledge, and his lifelong passion for running, makes him invaluable!  And let's not be humble about his accomplishments which includes a podium finish in almost any event he enters!

Co-Host for the weekend

Who is this for?

You don't need to be a hard-core trail runner (although you can be!)-you just need to have a passion for the trails and eager to have fun, relax and learn more about yourself. All runs can be tailored according to different paces and distances, although you must be able to run a minimum of 10k. Grab a training partner (or come solo and meet others) and join us for an amazing weekend!

What's Included with Registration

I may be a bit shy in new groups but Jennifer did an amazing job setting up a safe environment; everything about the camp was perfectly executed! The weekend really motivated me to reconsider what I love about running, and really helped fuel me to not doubt myself and my abilities.

This will be an amazing weekend all about the trails! I’m so excited to share with you some of my favorite routes in the area-you will get your pick of scenery, climbing, solitude, gentle or technical terrain etc…there is a little bit of everything! We will also be sharing some of our favorite tips—not just on how to become a more efficient, stronger and faster runner, but also how to embrace the true meaning of running and get more satisfaction from it.

Friday evening

The weekend officially kicks off around 6pm with a Meet ‘n Greet followed by dinner. For those of you that can arrive earlier, please join us for a mid-afternoon easy run where we focus on technical skills.

Saturday

We begin the day with a light breakfast, then settle with nice warm coffee/tea and participate in a short group discussion while our food digests. We then head out for our morning run, where will focus on fun ways to incorporate some quality on the trails.

After our run, we will replenish our body with lunch (and maybe a soak in the hot tub?) and another group discussion/active workshop i.e. strength training. There will then be a little bit down time to do as you please before dinner.

In the evening, it’s time to put up your feet, enjoy a savoury meal, engage in a lively discussion and hopefully win one of the amazing draw prizes!

Sunday

After grabbing a light breakfast, we’ll take a short drive to one of my favorite trails for our last group run. This will be a bit longer in duration. We then finish off with lunch, going over any last-minute questions, tips and goal setting ideas.
